A decent knife that looks great. It’s got a good feel overall and is large enough for slicing my brisket flats . I would recommend practicing good knife Maintenance to keep it looking good and sharp.

fashionable, sharp as heck from the start, and well-priced.. this easily competes in the ~$100 category.This comes paper-slicing sharp, but not not quite tomato level. More importnatly, it retains the sharpness due to the hardness of the edge. For 12-in and possibly using a similarly hard steel as my 4-star branded knives, this one's a fantastic value.The only thing that bothers me is how it was packed. When opening the box, the tip was exposed during shipping. They might want to work on that.. this could easily have been a lost knife tip.
This knife is sharp and smooth and cuts through meat like it’s water. The sheath and the tip protection are welcome for a knife as big and sharp as this one is. My husband recently started smoking meats, so this was a gift for him he hasn’t stopped using since I got it. The quality is top notch, and it’s easy to hand wash. This is a valuable just-have for anyone serious about cooking.
Yeah, this will make you feel cool as you effortlessly carve through some meat! Really nice construction out of quality materials. Good heft, but not heavy...really nice feel and balance. Super sharp, it will easily cut your brisket, ribs etc. Excellent knife, and looks really nice too!
The weather is getting warmer and pretty soon we’ll be outside smoking briskets, ribs and chicken. This is a brisket knife, but can handle all cuts of meat. This knife slides through thick meat and slices it thin enough for sandwiches. Instead of sawing at the meat, this sharp knife makes precise and uniform cuts the first time which preserves meat texture. The 12 inch length is great for large pieces of brisket. I can carve faster, making clean, whole slices, rather than shredding the meat. Clean cuts help the meat preserve its juiciness.It’s not only a firm cut of meat that’s hard to handle. Sometimes, when I make brisket in the slow cooker, it’s so tender that it’s hard to cut. I feel that my other knives can’t really grasp the soft meat. This brisket knife doesn’t have that problem.The handle is easy to hold and fits the curve of my hand. The blade is well-balanced close against the handle and that gives me more control, with less strain. Now, when it comes to cutting the turkey or ham, I don’t have to hand the job over to someone else. The Kitchen perfection Handmade Brisket Knife Meat Carving and Slicing Knife is a stunning knife to look at both in and out of its sheath. The pattern on the blade very unique for a knife. The knife is an excellent bit of craftsmanship with a very sharp blade. I need the sheath to store the knife as its 12" blade is a bit too long to fit into my knife block, so it is stored in a draw in its sheath. Using the knife it slices thru the meat with a very clean cut, no tearing of the beef, it so sharp. For me the blade is a bit long for the hand grip, I would like the hand grip to be 3/4" to an inch longer to give me better control of the long blade. I would order again.
This Silicone Griddle Mat covers my outdoor griddle perfectly----notice the griddle is now quite dirty from NOT being covered...once I clean it and start using the cover regularly, I fully expect to do fewer cleanings in the future---very happy!
This outdoor griddle mat perfectly covers the Blackstone cooking surface. It also, protects the top of the powder coated cart adjacent to the Blackstone from grease and food spills when griddling. Super easy to clean and neatly folds for storage when not in use. I'm very happy with this mat!
I got this to protect my 22 inch Blackstone griddle and for storage in my RV basement. Now I can place something on top of the griddle without it getting oily. It arrives folded up in a small box so it may take some time to flatten out. It's a little large for my griddle, maybe 1/2 inch, but it still protects my griddle. I don't have a hood for my griddle so this is a must have. I wish it fit a little better but overall it's a good cover.
My husband wanted a better pot holder that he feels has more stability. I found this. Like the nice lining and the functionality of the product. It does the job. It comes with a hanger but I alreafy had one in my pantry closet near the stove. Thickness is very good and lifted a heavy roasted chicken from the oven with stability and comfort. No burning. The only con is that if you have a bery large hsnd with thick fingers it could be tight. I fid opt for the larger size. Still my husband could get them on with little room to spare. Fits my hand perfectly.

My griddle is the Charbroil brand rather than Blackstone, but the measurements are the same - this griddle mat fit mine much better than others I've tried. This mat is actually the right size, whereas others I've used are off by as much as 1/2" on either side. My only beef with this mat is (unlike others) the sides do not have the lip that goes over top of the griddle plate sides to help secure it in place. I can't complain too much though, because the mats that have the lip are sized all wrong and end up being useless. This mat does the trick though - my griddle stays outside on my covered porch, and the mat helps keep the griddle surface dry and prevents rust from forming. Prior to using a mat I thought the griddle was ruined from all the rust that formed even though I had a loose cover ... after spending a few hours cleaning it, I started using a silicone mat and so far this mat has given my griddle the protection it needs to survive outside (thus saving me another couple hours of rust removal!).
This knife looks great, its big its rugged and heavy,came sharp and holiding its edge. probubly not ever going to be my daily goto knife but it is good knife. I will definetly keep it clean dry and oiled , should last a life time
With any new toy, my first thought is, "How can to protect this?" Honestly, until I looked I did not know that these mats were a thing - but I think it will actually be a useful piece of kit. It fits a 36" Blackstone griddle very well. I thought it might be a little thin, but the reality is that it only sits there to keep the dust and water off, so I don't see that being any issue. I am pleased with the performance and think this can help to keep a griddle's surface in better shape.I don't know if I need to say this but, no - you should not ever leave this cover on while the burners are lit. It is for storage only! Yes, it can go on "after use" but I would make sure the surface is cleaned up and cooled off a little first!
This mat is what I expected. I like that it will keep the cooktop clean and ready for it's next use. I wish it were just a tad thicker which would ensure that it laid flat in all areas.But generally speaking it's an exact fit and I'm pleased with it.
Fits perfectly on my 36" blackstone. Covers everything great and I'm sure it will protect my griddle from all the crawly things outside!
We just received a Blackstone over the holidays (I've been asking my husband for it for two years!) and it has not disappointed. Many people emphasize the importance of caring for the griddle top, and this little gem helps keep dust and bugs off your beloved cooktop, protecting it from the elements. The store even sent a thoughtful 'Thank you' from their online store, which really shows their commitment to customer satisfaction.The mat does come folded in a box, so it needs to set out for a bit to flatten. Other than that, it fits snugly on top of the griddle with no gaps or overfilling. Placing it requires a little finesse, due to the heavier grade silicone, but it�ss perfect once it's in place. I live in a camper where counter space is very limited. I use my kitchen table like counter space when I'm cooking. This mat fits my table top perfectly protecting the top from splatter and spills. I used it today to mix cookie dough and let the baked cookies cool. When I was done and removed the mat the table was just as clean as when I started.
I have a Blackstone 28" griddle that I use while camping. During the off season it is stored in my shed. The before picture that I included looks rough, but the griddle is well seasoned and gets cleaned at the start of the season. The Kitchen Perfection liner/mat is a soft silicone and very flexible mat.In the after image, there are creases that should come out when the weather gets warmer. This was from being folded during shipment. I was a little disappointed with the fit. I expected the edges of the mat to fit snuggly against all four edges of the griddle. If I was to press the one long edge of the mat snug against the griddle, the other long edge is about a half inch shy of being against the griddle edge. With this gap, I will lose some of the weather tight protection that I expected.One upside is I like that the mat does not hinder the use of the griddle lid.
Cover definetly would protect top of grill from any crazy contact. Mine does not seal 100% possibly over time when the creases settle maybe it will have a slightly better fit but i dont really think that is going to be the case. Depending on your expectations you might love it or think well its better then nothing but might not do what you where expecting.
This is a perfect fit for my 36inch blackstone. I cleaned it, seasoned the griddle and oiled it and then put this cover on. I do have a lid for mine, but this helps keep the griddle clean and oiled. not rusty and dried out!A+ the only issue i see is where the little bolts are sitting on the griddle that hold the lid, it pushes the silicone pad in, just a tad bit.
I live in the desert and sand gets everywhere. I have a cloth cover and a hinged lid on my griddle but still get dirt on the cooking surface. This silicone protector keeps the surface covered and there is no longer any grittiness or dirt.Sadly, It's not a perfect fit. It's a few centimeters too big and won't sit perfectly flat on the cooking surface. I can't trim it because it has raised edges on all 4 sides so that's a bummer. But overall, it keeps my griddle clean and that's what ultimately matters.
I've got a 36" blackstone that gets used frequently for about a month but then goes a little while without being used. Every time I just cover it up with the lid, and then re open it back up there would be a couple of spots that needed to be worked a little bit. My goal with this cover was to douse my griddle with oil and then cover it up with this. It does fit, but it's not perfect.Pros:+++ It fits over the entirety of the surface, from edge to edge, which is what I wanted+ It's heat resistant, so you don't have to wait long to throw this on after cleaning your griddle.Cons:(--) Leaves gaps on the edges. Not large ones, but enough of one to be worried about moisture if you get the occasional sprinkle of rain on your deck or patio from passing storms. Trapped rain equates to rust later.(--) The wrinkles from being packed away don't allow it to lay completely flat. I understand why it needed to be folded for shipping, but those wrinkles leave pockets under the mat, which allow buildup of excess oil in some areas while pushing it away from others. It also leaves an air gap in some areas. So if there is any moisture at all in those gaps it might be bad.Other thoughts, this was a review of a free product. I've got a Blackstone that I want to deck out and this provided and opportunity. I had been considering one of these any way so I went for it. Overall I like this mat, but it's imperfections like leaving gaps and pockets between the mat and the top surface of the griddle have me a little bit worried: if moisture gets in those gaps and pockets and I don't let it breathe, it'll leave a rusty surface when I go to take it off.
I have 2 of these from this brand and both fit the same on my 2 x 22 blackstones. They both seem just a little too big to fit snug. You can see from photo that it�ss wrinkly and not exact fit
The quality of the mat is excellent; it�ss durable, heat-resistant, and easy to clean. It provides great protection for the griddle surface. However, it doesn�t fit perfectly on my griddle, which is a bit disappointing. Despite this minor issue, it still works well and serves its purpose. Overall, I would recommend this mat for its quality and functionality but be aware of the fit.
I've just opened this knife and can't wait to use it! To start with it's extremely well packaged and would make an excellent gift to anyone who loves to barbecue. Given its size, I'm also very appreciative that it comes with a drawer-safe knife cover. The knife itself not only looks good, but under close inspection the blade is extremely well honed! I have no doubt that this will get a lot of usage in my kitchen.
This is a really nice knife! Much heavier duty than expected. Feels great in hand. Note that it has a protective film of some type of grease on it that needs a thorough cleaning before first use. I mean, scrubbing with degreaser type cleaning- the dish washer didn't touch it.The blade is very sharp and the hammered finish along the tip looks great. It is sturdy and doesn't flex much, great for cutting meat. Grip is beefy and comfortable. It sliced through a pot roast tonight like it was butter. Very happy so far.
This fits my 36�� Blackstone perfectly - and while Im not completely convinced this is a necessary item to have - I can�t deny that it does fit perfectly and will provide a barrier between the seasoned steel and the elements when stored.
I actually got this to put under my cat's litter box because it's easy to clean and has edges to catch stuff. My cat likes to fling her litter everywhere and also sometimes misses the box slightly. So this makes things a bit easier to deal with.I do think this product is a bit pricey for the quality. It seems that whether you're using it as a grill cover or for some other application, you would want the silicone to hold its shape a little better either way. In that regard I am a bit disappointed. But at least it's flat and smooth and easy to clean.It also works as a shoe mat/boot tray!Will update review if needed.
Excellent fit and will keep my Blackstone griddle from rusting. Very good fit, I have been wanting one of these for a while, looks good in the 22� Blackstone as well. Good quality silicone.
This handmade brisket knife is impressive! The texture on the top portion of the blade is really unique. The dark pattern looks a little intentional, but I love it. Super sharp and effective- cuts brisket as if it were butter. It comes with a beautiful leather sheath and polishing cloth- packaged nicely in a heavy duty black box. It presents beautifully if you were giving it as a gift. I have been absolutely thrilled with this knife and would definitely recommend.
I am using this under my 3D printer eqsh and cure station. This 2ill help contain any accidents for an easy lean up. Perfect size for my needs and shows that this product is versatile for more than it's intended use!
It's advertised for blackstone but will work on most 36" griddles. I own a Royal Gourmet and it fits perfectly. It is made of a hick heavy silicone and this makes it easy to clean. This mat is nice especially during the winter when critters try finding a nice warm dry space to hide. These keeps them off the cooking surface. It also keeps a protective layer that helps fight rust formation. I have used other mats before but this one is more sturdy and a lot thicker than other brands. I feel this makes the process worth it.
I'm going to start out telling you that I'm relatively new to flat top griddles. I just bought a new Blackstone 36 inch, and I love it. But, with that being said, getting these griddle nice and clean is not the easiest thing in the world. Once I get it clean, I want to do all I can to keep it that way.So, I read about these silicone griddle mats and it made sense for me to get one.The silicone mat helps protect the griddle from dust, pollen, moisture, and insects. It also prevents rust from developing on the griddle surface, particularly if you have outside in humid environments.This material that the mat is made out of feels sturdy, yet it is very flexible. The material is also pretty easy to clean. Nothing really sticks to it, or stains it.On top of protecting the griddle - it looks very cool! It matches the "Blackstone Orange" very well. This company is fast to respond and fixes any and all issues you may have easily.This silicone cover was well packaged but came folded which caused the creases. It is also not a perfect fit and is slightly larger than my 22�� blackstone griddle.
I picked this up for a Blackstome 28 inch griddle and it fits perfectly! It comes in super handy as this can be put down shortly after using the grill, no need to let fully cool down. This is an easy add to provide some additional protection for your griddle and keep it clean between uses.I recommend for anyone with a 28 inch griddle!

I always cover my griddle surface after use (and after it cools down a bit), and it has worked well for me. I have seen many others having rust issues, but I do not have such problems. Also, I hate finding dead bugs or dead spiders on my griddle surface when I am getting ready to cook on it; this cover saved me that headache. The dead bugs will be on this cover that I can just pull off and shake off, leaving my griddle surface perfect and ready to go.I do use a carry bag or a cover on my griddle on top of this mat/surface cover though. Anyways, I highly recommend this surface cover or other similar covers for your griddle (you will thank me later). They even have little hearts on them! My husband pointer it out to me after I gave them to him, and I said "That's because I love you so much!" But yes, they work great. He was able to take a chicken out of the rotisserie using only those gloves. He held the chicken and everything, and it was fine. They haven't burned and they were used for Thanksgiving too. They are quite durable, and so far they are not too stiff. He is able to grip handles with them too. Nice find!
